Elastic Cloud
Elastic Cloud uses cloud service providers, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, to provide Elastic Cloud. We support hosting options globally through each of our Elastic Cloud service providers. Customers are able to select the region where they host their Elastic Cloud deployments to best meet data residency needs. Backups are also stored in the selected Elastic Cloud deployment region, by default.
Customer Personal Data may be processed by the following sub-processors depending upon which cloud service provider the customer elects to use:

Elastic Managed LLM
Elastic Managed LLMs are available exclusively through the Elastic Inference Service. You can find the list of supported models, their applicable provider terms and available inference regions on the EIS documentation page.
Enterprise workflow automation
Customer Personal Data may be processed by the following sub-processors to the extent that the customer has chosen to utilize enterprise workflow automation:
