Adds Basic HTTP proxy authentication. Use the following settings to configure the username and password:
- crawler.http.proxy.username
- crawler.http.proxy.password

Bug fixes

Fixes the API operations for validating a domain and validating a URL so that they correctly handle private (unresolvable) domains behind an HTTP proxy.

Known issues

App Search users with dev and editor roles do not have access to the web crawler.
